Capacity for each vehicle is advised via the booking portal when you enter into the vehicle selection page. Kindly choose the appropriate vehicle to avoid any inconvenience for your booking.
Yes! Select “Cross Border” in the booking portal and input your ride details to view the ride quotation and vehicle selection.
For an optimal experience, indicate your flight’s ETA as the start time of your ride. The pickup time will be adjusted automatically in the event of a flight delay or deviation. You will not need to update us via text or email on any last minute changes to your flight schedule.
All airport arrival transfers come with Meet and Greet by the designated chauffeur after baggage clearance by default. Meet and Greet from Aerobridge is available for airport arrival transfers as an add-on. Aerobridge Meet and Greet service begins from the moment you deplane.
Enjoy personalised concierge experience before immigration and baggage clearance. Remember to add on Meet and Greet when you book your airport arrival or departure transfer.
For Arrival Transfers, wait time will start 15 minutes after actual flight landing time. 60 minutes of wait time is included for Arrival transfers. If you exceed 60 minutes of wait time, additional waiting time is chargeable at 25 SGD per 15 minutes.
For Departure Transfers / City Transfers / Cross Border Transfers, 20 minutes of wait time is included in your booking. If you exceed 20 minutes of wait time, additional waiting time is chargeable at 25 SGD per 15 minutes.
To amend a booking, contact DB LIMOUSINE through our WhatsApp channel and our dedicated concierge team will assist you.
Any cancellation prior to 24 hours before the start of the ride is complimentary; the full fare will be charged should the cancellation take place less than 24 hours to the ride. However, changes to the ride can be made at any time subject to availability.
